All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to addresses within the European Union.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3 on all orders delivered within the European Union.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Returns
ou may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Returned in its original packaging where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Very easy to grow and the bowl is really nice quality.
