Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned in its original packaging where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
